Opinions are drafted after record review, refined through structured gap analysis, and signed personally by the examining physician, never by a rotating panel or anonymous template service.

Board-certified in Emergency Medicine
Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the specialty of musculoskeletal function and disability evaluation
Former U.S. military physician, active duty medical service
Familiarity with STR format, deployment health records, and C-file structure
Opinions structured for VA “at least as likely as not” evidentiary threshold
No physician–patient relationship established through litigation-support review
