Who we are
Line of Duty Medical is a registered trade name of WILKERS GROUP LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WILKERS GROUP LLC, doing business as Line of Duty Medical.
Information we collect
Contact & booking information — name, email, phone, branch of service, and the conditions or case details you submit through our booking and intake forms.
Protected health information (PHI) — service treatment records, C-file documents, and other medical records that you, or your attorney on your behalf, provide so we can review them and prepare an independent medical opinion.
Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Usage information — basic technical data (such as pages visited) used to keep the site secure and functioning.
Marketing analytics (optional) — if you allow cookies on the public website, Google Analytics 4 may collect approximate location, device type, pages viewed, and whether you requested a consult or completed a payment. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, claimed conditions, case files, or invoice numbers to Google. Analytics is not loaded on the secure case portal or clinical dashboard.
Aggregate page counts — the public website also uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and referring sites without cookies and without identifying you. Because it does not identify anyone, it runs whether or not you allow cookies. Like the analytics above, it is not loaded on the secure case portal or clinical dashboard.
How we use your information
We use your information to assess whether an independent medical opinion can support your claim, to prepare and deliver the requested opinion or questionnaire, to communicate with you and your attorney, to process payment, and to meet our legal and professional obligations.
Health information & HIPAA
We handle PHI consistent with applicable law. Records you provide are used solely to perform the requested record review and medical-legal opinion. Reviewing records for litigation support does not create a physician–patient treatment relationship.
How we share information
We share information with your attorney or representative at your direction; with trusted service providers who host our platform, process payments, and send transactional email, under agreements that require them to protect your information; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the records entrusted to us.
Data retention
We retain case records and opinions for the period necessary to provide our services and to meet professional, legal, and recordkeeping requirements, after which they are securely deleted or de-identified.
Text messages & phone calls
If you opt in through our website chat widget or other forms, you authorize WILKERS GROUP LLC (operating Line of Duty Medical) to send promotional and service-related text messages and calls to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent with an autodialer or prerecorded voice where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
Consent to receive marketing texts is not required to purchase services. You may opt out of promotional texts at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the address below. We may send a one-time confirmation of your opt-out or opt-in request.
Transactional messages related to a consult or case you have requested (such as appointment confirmations) are separate from promotional opt-in and are governed by the contact preferences you provide at booking.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our professional and legal obligations. You may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP. Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18.
