Before you spend anything with us, get represented if you can. A VSO files your claim for free, and after a denial an accredited attorney or agent can take the appeal for a share of back pay rather than money up front. When neither path is available, we reserve capacity for record review and, when warranted, pro bono opinions.

Answer a few questions in the booking form and we reply in writing on whether a paid record review is worth your money. No appointment, and we do not read your records at this stage. That is what the record review is for.
Tier 2
Pro bono IMO
No fee
One to two cases per month at physician discretion. Merit and need considered. Not first-come-first-served.
Tier 3
VSO & firm co-fund
Shared
Partner organizations and firms may co-sponsor cases that fall outside contingency but deserve review.

- • An IMO does not guarantee a favorable VA decision.
