LOD Access
Access without the performance of charity.
Most veterans should work with a VA-accredited attorney — contingency fees mean no upfront cost and full representation. When that path isn't available, we reserve capacity for record review and, when warranted, pro bono opinions.

Tier 1
Viability review
Free
Upload summary and available records. We assess whether an IMO is likely to add probative value before you spend anything.
Tier 2
Pro bono IMO
No fee
One to two cases per month at physician discretion. Merit and need considered. Not first-come-first-served.
Tier 3
VSO & firm co-fund
Shared
Partner organizations and firms may co-sponsor cases that fall outside contingency but deserve review.
Before you apply
- • We cannot provide legal representation — consider a VSO or contingency attorney first.
- • Pro bono capacity is limited; not all applicants will be accepted.
- • An IMO does not guarantee a favorable VA decision.
- • Intake form coming soon — contact your VSO or attorney to inquire in the interim.
