Book your consult
Choose a service and schedule online. Veterans and attorneys use the same secure intake. The booking takes a few minutes — no payment required to start.
Bring: claimed condition(s), branch and dates of service, and whatever records you have on hand.

Record review & case assessment
We review your STRs, C-file, and treatment records — up to 500 pages in the base review. We confirm whether the evidence can support a nexus before any full opinion is written.
You get an honest answer. If an IMO won’t help your claim, we tell you.

Gap analysis & questionnaire
Structured extraction flags what’s missing. A focused physician questionnaire closes those gaps with input from you or your attorney before drafting.
This is where most template-mill opinions fail. We don’t skip it.

Drafting the opinion
The physician drafts the Independent Medical Opinion (and DBQ if included), structured for the VA’s “at least as likely as not” evidentiary standard with citations to your record.
Written for adjudicators — clear nexus reasoning, not boilerplate.

Every opinion is personally reviewed, edited, and signed by the physician. No rotating panel, no rubber stamp.
